Role Description The Marketing Officer (Jakarta Area) is a full-time, on-site role based at PT. Victory International (Branch Satrio Tower) in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing activities to promote the company’s trading services, including forex, indices, commodities, and CFDs. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, and supporting sales initiatives with targeted promotional materials. The Marketing Officer will collaborate with internal teams to create clear communication materials, organize client-facing events or webinars, and monitor campaign performance to optimize brand awareness and client acquisition in the Jakarta area.

Qualifications

• Strong Market Research and Marketing skills to analyze trends, define target segments, and design effective campaigns.
• Excellent Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication for client outreach and internal collaboration.
• Experience in Social Media Marketing to manage content, engagement, and brand presence across digital platforms.
• Sales orientation and skills to support lead generation, client conversion, and cross-functional collaboration with the sales team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with financial markets, online trading, or brokerage services is an advantage.
• Proficiency with basic office and marketing tools (e.g., MS Office, presentation software, analytics or CRM tools).
• Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a professional, client-focused attitude.
